Any items shipped or delivered to the hotel will be associated with a fee and charged to your guest room. To retrieve a delivered package, please visit the Bell Desk located in the lobby. Please refer to the table on the right for incoming package handling fees. 

 

For assistance with shipping, please contact the Concierge Desk and we are delighted to facilitate your shipment. For outgoing shipments, a $10 handling fee applies to all outgoing shipments, in addition to the cost of shipping. Shipping rates will vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the package.
