A new way of traveling comes with a bunch of questions. Have a look below for some of the most frequently asked.
At TripHero our missions is To free Travelers from the burden of baggage, making your travel experience better than ever.
We’ve answered many of the questions our customers have asked to give you clarity and peace of mind.
We recommend scheduling your pickup 5 days prior for standard shipping, but we have expedited options.
Yes, you can absolutely ship your bags out early! We will store them for a week for free, then they will incur a storage fee of $5/day up to $25 total.
Typically, a travel ski bag that holds only one pair of skis is considered a small, and a bag that holds two is a large. (give rough dimensions and weight restrictions as well)
Yes! Our storage partner RocketCloset would be happy to help with any and all of your storage needs.
Yes, we can add or subtract any time before your pickup. If the window to get you additional bag tags has closed, we can email your labels and you can print them out/tape them to your bag.
You can do either. We are happy to help you book your reservation over the phone, or you can book online at your leisure.
A lot of reasons - first and foremost, our guest service is unmatched in our line of business. But also because they only look less expensive. With TripHero, you get flat rate, upfront pricing. Our competitors charge extra fees for things like shipping you the labels or scheduling a pickup.
By tracking your luggage every step of the way, we can anticipate any delays in transit that could affect your vacation and notify you. The TripHero Brand Promise ensures you won’t miss a day of vacation activity due to lost gear and covers equipment and apparel rentals up to $500 per trip.
Absolutely. We provide tracking for every TripHero order.
You would think so, since you’re doing all the work, but airlines like to charge extra fees. An “oversized” bag of over 62” total (L+W+H), for example, is $200 on Delta and American. Other airlines are more vague about their pricing, but all mention 62” as the cut-off for “standard” luggage.
Traveling is hard enough. What if those bags could magically transport themselves?
That’s the idea behind TripHero.
Ship your skis, snowboard, bike, clubs, and luggage the right way.
